Representative Example

A mortgage of £30,000 payable over 25 years initially on a fixed rate for 2 years at 4.89% and then on a discount rate for 3 years at 6.6% and then on our Mortgage Variable Rate (MVR) of 8.54% (variable) for the remaining 20 years would require 24 monthly payments of £122.25, 36 monthly payments of £165.00 and 240 monthly payments of £213.50.

The total amount payable would be £90,234.00 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£90,114.00) and a Mortgage Discharge Fee of £120.00.
