You cannot withdraw your savings earlier than the notice period stated on the terms of your account.

If you're looking for a stable interest rate, Fixed Rate Bonds can be an excellent choice. Unlike Notice Accounts where the interest rate can vary, Fixed Rate Bonds provide a consistent interest rate throughout the entire term. This means that you can relax and watch your savings grow with certainty. 

Fixed-rate accounts are preferred by many people as they provide a guaranteed interest rate, which helps them plan their savings better. However, it's important to note that during the fixed term (which can be one, three, or five years), you won't be able to access your savings. 

With a Notice Account, on the other hand,  you can access your funds when you need them, providing that you give us notice.

As the interest rate on our Notice Accounts is variable, it’s subject to change. However, if the rate should change, we’ll let you know at least 14 days in advance.

Notice Savings Accounts can be an effective way to save money for ‘medium-term’ goals such as buying a car, going on a holiday, or renovating your home. 

With a Notice Savings Account, you can choose a notice term that suits your needs and usually enjoy better interest rates than a regular savings account. But, keep in mind that Notice Savings Accounts aren’t ideal for emergency funds. If you need quick access to your money, it's better to have an easy-access account along with your Notice Savings Account.
