To protect the tax-free status of your savings, you’ll need to arrange an ISA transfer with us before withdrawing any funds. Transferring to us is free, quick and can be completed remotely. 

Transferring your cash ISA into, out of, or between accounts at Furness Building Society is a simple process. You can download the correct forms for your circumstances using the options below and send them back to us by email or by post.

How to transfer a Cash ISA

How do I transfer funds from my current Furness Cash ISA to another Furness Cash ISA?

Firstly, you’ll need to choose which Furness Cash ISA you want to open and you can view available Cash ISA account options here

It’s important to note that if your account is a Fixed Term Cash ISA it’s likely you will have to pay an interest penalty if you’re transferring partway through the fixed term. Please check your terms and conditions or get in touch with our team to avoid unexpected penalties. 

 

Transferring the full amount of my Furness Cash ISA

If you want to transfer the full amount of your Furness Cash ISA to your chosen new Furness Cash ISA, you’ll need to complete the Cash ISA Application Form

Transferring some of the funds in my Furness Cash ISA

If you want to split your funds and transfer part of your money to your chosen new Furness Cash ISA, you’ll need to complete the Cash ISA Application Form as well as the Cash ISA Transfer Authority Form.
