We’re launching a brand new, digital, self-service savings experience this July which will replace your current eSavings system. You’ll need to register for our new service before the 30th of August to continue enjoying access to your accounts online.

Set to unlock new and faster ways of interacting, it’s going to be available online and via iOS and Android apps. You’ll be able to do everything you can now plus a lot more:

  • View statements and transactions
  • Open new savings accounts
  • Provide instructions for maturing balances
  • Make withdrawals to your bank account without the need for phone or branch contact
  • Access your account balances at a time and place to suit you
  • Get in touch with us in real time with Live Chat

In order to access the new platform, you’ll need to re-register using our quick and easy digital onboarding process. For this, you’ll need some identification in the form of either a passport or driving licence.  If you have one of these documents BECOME DIGITALLY ENABLED NOW! 

If you don’t have either of these documents, please don't worry.  Email us at digitalsavingsteam@furness-bs.co.uk  and a member of our team will get in touch to sort out an alternative way to get you Digitally Enabled.

If you don't wish to re-register please don't worry.  Your savings accounts will be unaffected and can be accessed in branch or over the phone as usual.

Your existing eSavings account will remain available until 30th August - and can be accessed here
