Our large mortgage loans are for residential homes only, up to the value of £2M at 70% loan-to-value (LTV) and £1.5M at 80% LTV.

- Maximum procuration fee increased to £8,000 to accommodate large loans
- Maximum loan-to-income (LTI) of 4.5
