Our new, digital, self-service savings experience is available now...

 

 

We've drawn on generations of superb Furness service..

..and unlocked new and faster ways of transacting with us online and via an iPhone/Android app.

Your savings needs will be met in the same super secure, efficient and enjoyable way - but at a time and place to suit you.

It's quick and easy to get started here - or if you'd like to understand more - scroll through the instructions below and follow the link at the final step. 

We recommend using a smartphone if you have one but if not don't worry - continue your journey on any device you like.  The screenshots show the phone view - but the journey is the same whatever you use.

Step 1

Begin your journey

Scroll to the right and open the link at the end to become digitally enabled.   

As you'll need to take a selfie, we recommend using a smartphone.  Don't worry if you don't though - you can still use your computer or tablet.

You need to register here on the web first of all.  Once complete you'll be directed to download the mobile app.  It's quick - about 5 minutes.

 

Step 2

Start your registration

Add your personal information.

We'll try to locate your records for a super smooth transition.

We'll ask you to verify your email address, you can then pick up where you left off if you get interrupted.

Step 3

Verify your identity

We'll need to take a picture of you, and of your ID

You can use a passport or driving license

Look for the instructions on screen (you may have to scroll depending on your phone)

Step 4

Follow the on screen instructions

If you're using a driving license - we need you to send images of both sides

First take an image of the front and submit - then take an image of the reverse

If using a passport look for the on screen instructions to proceed

Step 5

Submit your details

If you're registering while opening an account,

you'll agree to its T&C and your new account will be activated

If you're an existing Member registering to view existing accounts, we'll create your digital profile

Step 6

You're all set up!

If we've been able to securely ID you,

we'll send you instructions by email on how to log in.
